The show will be organized and conducted by "Baidix Association" and team, a socio-cultural firm. It will be telecast on the satellite channel SPONDON TV by NK Power & Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. The show will be governed by the rules and regulations stated below.

"Baidix Association" reserves all the rights to modify these rules and regulations without prior notice. Participants are advised to access, view, and keep themselves informed of these rules and regulations. If a participant does not agree with any of the rules or amendments, they must not participate in the auditions for the show.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

• Our aim is to promote and motivate local singers, lyricists, and composers through this event. Therefore, we are keeping the rules very simple and will put in our best efforts to ensure all participants are comfortable. • The Participant shall be required to provide their basic personal information at the time of registration. If the participant is a minor, the information of their legal guardian is required. • Auditions will be held in 12 locations across the state starting from August 2024. Contestant can participate at only one of these venues. We will do our best to provide you with your preferred audition venue; however, if you were unable to give your audition due to restriction of time, then you will have the option to choose any one location for your Audition. • The audition process will consist of three rounds. First two rounds will be conducted in the zones. The third and final round will take place in Guwahati. • Contestant will be given up to 2 minutes for the audition. During this time, contestant can sing either one or two songs of their choice. It is their choice whether to use the entire 2 minutes for one song or two songs. However, contestant cannot sing more than two songs. • Songwriters and composers will have a designated time limit up to 2 minutes for their audition. They are required to bring their copies of the lyrics with them while performing their creations in front of the judges. • If a contestant wishes to register in all three categories (vocal, lyrics, and composer), a single registration will suffice. However, if individuals in the vocal, lyrics, and composer categories intend to collaborate as a team, each member must register separately. Likewise, if two individuals plan to work together as a team for lyrics and composition, both must register themselves independently. • Contestant can present their song using any method they prefer, with or without background music. Contestant can also use pre-recorded background music (karaoke). However, if they cannot find background music for their song, organizers are not responsible. • The audition will take place within a private room, where one will perform in front of the judges. It is an occasion not open to the public, thereby excluding the presence of family members is not permissible. • In order to confirm the eligibility of the Contestant, the Contestant are mandatorily required to submit scanned copies of the following documents as and when asked by the Organizer. The Organizer has the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility. Failure to provide such proof within a reasonable time could result in disqualification from the Show. If the Contestant are found to be ineligible, or if they have not complied with these Rules and Regulations, will be disqualified. • Documents provided should be clear, readable scanned copies and any failure to provide the same can lead to disqualification. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Contestant from the show or any other rounds of auditions, in its sole discretion, if the Organizer is not satisfied with the documents submitted by the Contestant and/or the Parent or Legal Guardian (in case of Minor Contestant) or the Contestant at any stage is unable to supply any of the documents required by the Organizer / the Organizer or supplies unclear, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading personal details and/or information. Successful verification of the documents is mandatory for the Contestant to progress further to the audition round. The Organizer reserves the right to ask the Contestant to re-submit any of the above-mentioned document proof any stage of the Show.
